How long will my number(s) stay flagged?

As soon as our system detects that a number is flagged, we submit a challenge to the carriers. We often see statuses clear within 1-2 business days, but they can occasionally take 1-2 weeks. Very rarely will they take longer. We check your number every day and challenge the flag every day until they release it.

One heads up: especially in the first few weeks, a number can clear and then get re-flagged a few times before it stabilizes, so keep checking your dashboard each morning before you dial. If your number is still flagged after two weeks, reach back out and we will pull its full history and take a closer look.
