# Customizing your Leads page: columns and saved filters

> Choose which columns show on your Leads page, put them in the order you work, and save your filters and columns together as a view you can switch to in one click.

Every agent works a lead list a little differently. The Leads page lets you set it up around the way you dial: pick your columns, arrange them, and save the whole setup, filters included, so you can come back to it any time without rebuilding it.

## The words you will see

* **Columns**: the fields shown across the top of your leads list, such as Name, Status, Age, or Import Date.
* **Filters**: the conditions that narrow down which leads appear in the list.
* **Saved filter**: a named snapshot of your filters and your column layout (which columns are showing, and in what order). Load one and the Leads page switches to that exact setup.

## Customize your columns

Click the **gear icon** at the right end of the column headers. Hover over it and you will see **Customize columns**. The **Save Filters** button sits at the top left of the same list.

The window that opens has two lists:

* **Visible**: the columns on your Leads page right now, numbered in the order they appear from left to right.
* **Available to add**: every column you are not currently showing.

From there:

* **Hide a column**: click **Hide** next to it. It moves down to Available to add.
* **Add a column**: click **+ Add** next to it. It moves up to Visible.
* **Reorder columns**: drag a column by its handle (the three lines to the left of its name). The top of the list is the leftmost column on the page.
* **Start over**: click **Reset to default** to bring back the standard column set.

Click **Save** to apply your changes, or **Cancel** to close without changing anything. Your layout stays with your account, so it is there the next time you sign in.

Columns you can choose from: Name, Status, Age, Times Contacted, Last Attempted, City, State, Zip, County, Timezone, Lead Source, and Import Date.

**Tip:** fewer columns make the list faster to scan while you dial. If all you need is who you have called and when, Name, Times Contacted, Last Attempted, and Import Date may be enough.

## Save your filters as a view

Once your filters and columns are set the way you want them, save the setup so you do not have to rebuild it next time.

1. Set your filters and columns.
2. Click **Save Filters**, the bookmark button above your leads list.
3. Choose **Save current as...** and give it a name you will recognize, like "Monday AM".

The button now shows the name of your saved filter, highlighted in green, so you always know which view you are looking at.

## Switch between saved filters

Click the saved filter button above your list to open the menu. Your saved filters are listed at the top, with the one you are on highlighted. Click any of them and the Leads page switches to its filters and columns.

A common setup is one saved filter per calling block. "Monday AM" might show one lead source with Age and Timezone up front, while "Monday PM" shows a different status with Times Contacted and Last Attempted next to the name. Switching between them takes one click.

## Manage your saved filters

Open the saved filter menu and choose **Manage filters**. Everything happens right on the Leads page; there is no separate settings page to visit. Each saved filter shows when it was last used, and the one you are on is marked **Active**.

* **Rename**: change the name.
* **Save over**: replace that saved filter with your current filters and columns. Use this when you have adjusted a view and want to keep the changes.
* **Delete**: remove the saved filter. This does not change or remove any of your leads.

Saved filters are yours alone. They are not shared with anyone else on your account, so everyone on your team can build their own views without affecting yours.

## Good to know

* Loading a saved filter changes what you see, not your leads. Nothing is edited or removed.
* If you adjust filters or columns after loading a saved filter, use **Save over** in Manage filters to keep those changes in it.
